JIM CARREY Born & Raised - January 17, 1962 in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. jim carrey started off as a poor canadian kid,he lived in a van for some of his childhood life and wasnt very happy until he started makeing his family laugh so he decided to make jokes up so after he did that and found out he liked it and he made his family and friends laugh he wanted to be a comedian so at age 10. In junior high he was granted a few precious minutes at the end of each school day to do stand-up routines for his classmates (provided, of course, that he kept a lid on it the rest of the day).
One day he went to toronto yuk yuk's comedy club and tried to get out some good hearted laughs and he succeded. He eventually went and tried to become an actor so he worked and worked and he succeded in that too. Jim carrey has also recived two golden globe awards for his amazing acting skills. These are some of the movies he was in and he made lots of "cash flow" off.
